    Azureus

    The Azureus BitTorrent Client has these entries:

    (Configuration -> Server)

    (clickbox) Enable Proxy
    (clickbox) I have a SOCKS proxy
    (field) Host
    (field) Username
    (field) Password
    (field) Port
