    It isn't exactly the same but you might look at Roadnav

    In the US you can download the maps from the Census B. instead the application

    GpsDrive might be what you are looking for.

    If you want something beyond just GPS, one cool solution is nGhost. It can integrate 3rd party GPS apps, while also providing a good interface for music and video.
