    PDF Creation


    Are there any applications for linux in particular ubuntu, that are capable of creating pdf documents? I'm trying to make a set of pictures into a pdf document.

    There are quite a few. PDFedit is one of the best for modifying PDFs, but if all you need to do is create then I'd start with OpenOffice.org Writer. It can save as PDF.

    I will second Marsolin with saying OpenOffice Writer is the best for making PDF files. As for editing, I also agree with him on PDFedit

    thx for the advice all, I will try the open office writer and see how that works seeing how I already have it installed on here. thx again.
