    Need Form Filling application

    Does anyone know of a Linux form fill application that can be used thusly:
    Create a form template.
    Call up the form.
    Fill out the form.
    Save the completed form(or print it) and have the template available the next
    time it is needed for more data?

    Perhaps the OpenOffice Database application would suit your needs.
