    I have Fedora core 3 linux

    I want to install Cnet network simulator on it

    Welcome to the forums!

    I'd recommend installing a later version of Fedora if that's a viable option for you. Fedora Core 3 is really old now and is no longer supported. Fedora 8 is the newest release.
