Time Difference Days, Hours, Minutes

Is there a formula in OO.o Calc for calculating the difference in time between to dates with hours and minutes?

My examples are:

What is the time differencve between 11hrs 00Mins on 08/11/2007
AND 17:30 on 09/11/2007 (Day, Month,Year)

I dont know about OOo since I just dont want to use it.
But you can try to first change the time to a UnixTime-Stamp
then do Stamp1-Stamp2 and then check the Diffrence.

Many thanks for the pointer Robin. The last time ( no pun intended) that I did this sort of stuff I was using a DOS app called Framework III with a language called FRED. You had a function called DiffDate which solved these problems in a jiffy.
