I Live In a Linux household the only windows i own are the ones u look out of
Arch with Gnome (Desktop)
Arch with fluxbox (Laptop)
FreeBSD 6 (Server)
CENTOS 5 (the other 4 PCS)

for a long time, I've been using libTorrent, i recommend it to you. It is console based so it is lightweight as you want.

deluge
i think deluge will run on thats specs. it a very good torrent client.

dost it requie gkt or q3 as i am runing it it on icewm and dont wont a to hog the cpu

deluge depens Python and gtk. I don't have any Desktop Environment i only use Fluxbox. Under Fluxbox, deluge doesn't exhaut my cpu.
