Is there a edonkey client that will run on ubuntu on apache? Kinda like http://www.torrentflux.com/ except for edonkey.

Mmm, you can use mlnet/mldonkey depending on your distro.
Once you launch mlnet, you can access it via http using localhost:4080, or via telnet localhost 4000. You can also use traditional frontends like kmldonkey or sancho. They are farily common programs, you shouldn't have any problem to install it.
The good thing about it is that you can access it remotely as well, as long as you know the dns name or ip of the machine that is running mlnet and iptables is not blocking that port.
