    [SOLVED] Looking for Program

I remember reading about a program that will put your programs up into the upper-right dock in Ubuntu. This is where programs like Pidgin and Deluge go when you close them, but programs like Mozilla Thunderbird and FrostWire don't go there automatically. I am curious if anybody here knows the name of the program that allowed one to place any program that they wanted to up near the above mentioned.

    Thanks in advance!
