Linux software for inventory/invoice/receipts
I have a friend that runs a small car shop from his place I want to set him up with Ubuntu but we are looking for Linux software that would allow him to keep track of his small inventory as well as receipt/invoice etc...
I welcome any suggestions...

Take a look at simpleinvoices, I think this is a really nice product for this kind of job and use it myself and best of all its free.
If you go to there site there is a nice demo where you can try it first here there is also a nice tutoral here for installing it Installing Simple Invoices On Debian

It looks interesting but it sounds like one needs a connection and he will not be connected in the shop...
So looking for something that will be only on his PC ...
Even a simple invoice receipt software would do..
