debian sid mplayer - sdl just have stopped working
It seems that only x11 mode is working now. -zoom mode consumes so much cpu that my 1,3 duron drops frames, and I don't want subtitles on film.
When I use mplayer -vo help - everything seems to be fine:

I tried to reinstall sdl, and I compiled mplayer three times. Nothing helped - when I try to use sdl - I just see black screen and hear audio. When I try to use xv - mplayer video window (video area) is transparent, it has only borders. Does anybody have an idea what can be wrong ?
thx, Michael.
