linux sales call center software
I currently support a small business that sells industrial cleaning solutions to other small businesses. They call clients and prospective clients from purchased sales leads.
Is there a Linux based (free download) that will allow them to load these sales leads into it, record call history (user input) in a business contact format?
What I would like to do is build a small call center local area network. I would use a older pc to act as the server, and connect 3-5 client pc's that the call center employees would use to make and record call results on. Leads would be loaded into the network on the server pc.
Any suggestions?

I have not used it in production, however, I have played with it just to get a feel for its capabilities. If I remember correctly I stumbled upon it while implementing a trixbox or asterisk instance.
Glad I could help!
