Every time I open my adressbook, I get the following error

"error loading adressbook.

Can't open adressbook. Check if pad
/home/peter/.evolution/addressbook/local/1230298733.6088.1@PeterLombaerts
exists and if you can approach it"

I go looking for this folder but it doesn't exist. I tried reinstalling evolution, but it still doesn't work. How can I fix this?
