Install Git on Shared Hosting Servers
Hi everyone,
I have a shared web hosting account with WestHost and am trying to install Git but am running into some problems.
I've read threads instructing me to set the prefix in configure to various things including $HOME, $HOME/opt and a few others. None of these seem to make any difference though. I consistently get this error while running make.
Any help on the issue would be great. Thanks!Code:SUBDIR git-gui GITGUI_VERSION = 0.10.1 * new locations or Tcl/Tk interpreter GEN git-gui INDEX lib/ * tclsh failed; using unoptimized loading MSGFMT po/de.msg make[1]: *** [po/de.msg] Error 127 make: *** [all] Error 2
