The pdb format is a Palm book format that is usually DRM encumbered and is only handled properly by software called EReader (eReader.com: FAQ). They have versions for various mobile devices, Windows, and OSX (Apple). That said, if the book is not DRM-encumbered then the Linux FBReader software might be able to render it. I've had good luck with .prc files, so it might work with non-DRM'd .pdb ones.

Well, there is a Way..actually 2 Ways
Get a Firefox 1.5.0.X
Here --> Download Mozilla Firefox 1.5.0.12 for Linux - The Mozilla Firefox is a Mozilla-based browser. - Softpedia
Then get a eReader Addon (its for old release Release - So you will need a account on firefox addon - register its free.) then click - Ignore version check.
get addon --> https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/1497
Or Use Wine. eReader works under Wine. (though entry is blank on appdb, i will update it.)
Have a look.
