How can I convert files to send as faxes?
I installed a program to send faxes: Faxmail.2.3 from:
The Phone Company (TPC.INT) Homepage
With this program I can send faxes through their server.
This program allows me to send files as text, postscript, or images.
I will probably be sending files as text or OpenOffice documents.
What file formats can I use for faxes?
How can I convert files to these formats to send faxes?
I have imagemagick-6.4.3_10-i486-1 installed on my computer and looked
at the site:
ImageMagick: Convert, Edit, and Compose Images
but I need help in using this program, or is their something else I can
use?
Thanks

Convert what to to what?
If you say you'll probably send it as text, well then it should already be good to go. Just send the file.

Well, a fax machine simply accepts a picture. So check into what your fax program can accept. Probably should be able to fax right from openoffice. I'm sure they're a plug in for it. Search for it on google.
