errors in while running make

Hi All,

I am trying to install Qt 2.2 and its supported library. e2fsprogs

In my pc I have installed Fedora 9
and..

i did fallowing steps:
go to folder directory
enter su and password.
./configure ( it was running properly)
make
In this fallowing errors are coming
making all in po
make[2]: Entering directory `/home/john/Desktop/test/e2fsprogs-1.39/po'
make[2]: *** No rule to make target `POTFILES.in', needed by `Makefile'. Stop.
make[2]: Leaving directory `/home/john/Desktop/test/e2fsprogs-1.39/po'

make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/john/Desktop/test/e2fsprogs-1.39'
make: *** [all] Error 2

Kindly tell me what is missing?
