    OpenOffice Impress enhancements

    Hi,
are there any ideas how to enhance the desperately bad performances in Impress?
I'm trying to use it as a school presentation app, but it's just awfull. The graphical quality is a horror. I get frames around moving objects, everything is discursive, although I have given OO all the resources. I'm using OO 3.0.1.
If you need a CD/DVD catalogizer, give a try to my program:

Not much you can do there. Impress isn't great but it isn't *that bad. You might want to make sure other programs aren't running, or try Google Docs
