Hello, Is there a software even Open Source or not for Retail and/or Banking information display networks?

Like those information screens that have most banks or restaurants.. even night clubs..

Once I found a software called navori server but I think is too expensive... once I watched in Jack in the Box a display rebooting and it was linux...
