I've installed Vmware for linux and afaik the installation went ok, as the program seems to be working fine. The problem is that i want to install WinXP in vmware but it will not detect my cd as a bootable disc.

Before you all jump to the conclusion that the cd isn't bootable or is a copy, vmware is doing this with all my linux cd's too.

Anyone experienced this or know how to fix it?
