Check this HowTo for the steps needed to properly download an ISO file, burn it to disk as an image, and boot with the newly created installation disk:

You don't have to do anything special for burning ISO image. Just select Burn As Image option in K3B and it will work fine.
Brasero selects correct mode on selecting ISO image.
Make sure not burn it as Data DVD. Burn it as ISO image only.It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.

My iso file is 4.5 GB & I have a DVD for 4.7 GB Data. But,I got an error message that the file is too large for the disc.

From where did you download ISO Image? Standard size of DVD Image is 3.3GB to maximum 4.3GB. It doesn't throw any error while burning on 4.7GB DVD.
It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.
