    A little more detail would be helpful. Are you talking about just a few files? large numbers of files? You can use the rm command from a terminal or you should be able to right-click the file icon and select delete or Move to Trash. Without more detail...??

    Have a look at Clone Remover, it is utility to find duplicate files and to remove duplicate files. It will help you find and delete duplicate data on your ITunes. This program is free.
