Obviously you do not understand telnet. Anyway, what kind of "commands" are you referring to?
Sometimes, real fast is almost as good as real time.

So, you want this (IP checksum) to be done in the client, server, or both? And please be more specific about the context, such as at the time the connection is made, for each download/upload operation, what?
Sometimes, real fast is almost as good as real time.
