I think lampp is now called xampp. Have you tried that one? Otherwise there is kompozer but I really don't know what you're looking for.
I'm not entirely sure what you are looking for either. But you can install Apache, MySQL, PHP, etc... (everything that comes with the XAMPP bundle) on your own and configure them separately. When I was learning how to run/use a web server, I used XAMPP.
After using it for a while, I found that installing everything on my own was better because I could customize it more and I didn't use everything that came with XAMPP.Running Linux Since 2001®
