    Linux browser issues plus Totem

I have a dual boot computer with Windows on it and Mandriva 08. Ever since I loaded Mandriva It has had a browser problem that occasionally web pages will become transparent and take on the desktop image. If you move the window the image will completely blur. This happens with Seamonkey as well as Firefox but if I have both running it will only effect one of them. Sometime it will recover and sometimes not. Sometimes when I download videos Totem won't play them back correctly. There will be sections that are in boxes that will be blurred. VLC will play the same file with no image problems but the timming will be messed up. I don't know if these two things are related or not. I would help if I knew what these problems were called if you don't know the cause. Windows does not have these issues on the same PC.

    Thanks in advance
