    Festival. Or flite, Festival lite.

    But are there another programs has easy GUI interfaces ?

    I think these programs work from command line and they are a bit difficult for me to use :\

    Festival shouldn't be too difficult. To read a text file, just do
    Code:
    festival --tts textfile.txt
    In KDE there is Kmouth, which is a GUI frontend to KTTS.

    Oh, Festival is great ! I created a launcher on the panel and it works great
