Try KompoZer if you require a WYSIWYG.

Kwrite and Gedit work really well, too, but no wysiwyg with either of them.

Bluefish is my favourite. Really good.
Linux IMO is not the place of WYSIWYG web designers. Just learn XHTML/CSS its not hard. If you dont have the patience to learn XHTML/CSS then you should not be using Linux as Linux has a longer (and harder) learning curve.
