I am looking at installing the backup exec agent on our Openfiler system. I am a newbie and dont know anything about Linux or Openfiler. I have found good articles on how to install software but none with step by step instructions from taking a file from a CD and transferring this to the Linux OS for installation. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
