How do I save this video?

    Hello there!

Recently I was featured on a TV-show. I would like to save a copy of it so that I can view it when I am old. The only place I can watch it again for free (as far as I know) is on the TV-station website. This is great. However, I am worried that in the future, it will be removed.

How can I get this video from the website? Is there software that I can use to save it?M

EDIT: Here is the video, in case it is any help: Dagens mann | TV3 Play

Have you tried dwhelper? You can get is as an addon in Firefox.

I would assume it is probably a Flash video (.flv). Right click on the video image and you should get a menu with something like "save as" in it. Save to your file system. Then, you can use something like ffmpeg to convert it to a more stable video format, such as mpeg2 (used for DVD's).
