Matlab
Hi guys has anyone here ever installed Matlab on linux, I have a copy here that I would like to install but I don't know what to do.
I want to put it on to Mint12
The Matlab I have is an ISO file.
I am able to mount the file, I don't know how to install any software on linux is the point because all google tell you how to install linux itself, and I have that.
I know I have to use terminal, that is not a problem and I can follow instruction. I just need to the bash command that would install this, and most likely how to choose a path to use the command with.
I am expecting it to be something like:
sudo install ~/path to the mounted ISO/path to file
Thing is, I can't work out how to find the mounted ISO file in terminal. Where would it be?
Any Pointers would be great.
Regards
Jonny

check if the version you have will support the version of Linux you wish to run it on here ...

Once you know if your version is supported, check this page for how to install software.
