I guess it's probably not possible but is there software that allows you to run a MAC OS under Linux?...

Do you mean Mac OS Pre-X or Max OS X? I know that there's a way to run OS X applications under Linux. However, I don't think it's capable of pre X programs.

    Either will do really,

I was actually hoping there was a way of running the MAC Operating System in a virtual machine. I guess it might not be possible?
Anyway, If I can run OS X applications on Linux I would love to hear about it.

    Cheers

Well if you've got PPC hardware you could try
    http://www.maconlinux.org/.

    I haven't seen an emulator for x86.
