No Multicasting with Quagga on Centos INSIDE VMware Fusion

Probably not, unless you are using bridged vs. nat'd networking. Multi-casting requires a TTL (Time To Live) parameter, which is basically how many levels of subnetting it should penetrate, and your routers have to be configured to handle that. I have used multi-casting on my VirtualBox VM's, but ONLY successfully when in bridged mode (the VM appears as a normal node on the LAN).
Sometimes, real fast is almost as good as real time.
