Installation of IE8 in a Linux Distro
Would appreciate advice from anyone who has installed (successfully) Internet Explorer 8 or higher into a Linux Distro. Either your experience, a website, or directions would be appreciated. I'm working with Linux Mint Debian.
Thanks,

Well, technically there is IEs4Linux
But beware, that there is a legal dependency for you to own a valid windows license
Legal notices - IEs4Linux
and it has some severe issues
Known issues - IEs4Linux
What is your usecase? Why do you need IE?
My guess is, that a VM with windows is a better solution. You must always face the curtain with a bow.
