yes i have downloaded but it's not working in RHEL 5.0 , its asking the corresponding dependencies even thought i tried to install the dependencies again asking for another dependencies so on...
so i thought to came know that in RHEL 5.0 veritas storage foundation 6.0 will not support.. is that so ?
Even i tried in RHEL 6.0 the veritas 6.0 but i cant install in that... every thing hangs up when i try to install in RHEL 6.0

According to this support matrix, it should run on both rhel 5 and 6. https://sort.symantec.com/productmatrix But I dont use that product. Maybe the best course of action is to contact their support.

The last error is clear. It is a rpm package for 64bit architecture and you are apparently running a 32bit OS.

The ISOs of redhat enterprise Linux are available to you after you Login to the redhatnetwork with your rhn Account.
Other than that, I would suggest the latest versions: 5.9 and 6.3
