starting Shutter screenshot app with selection function

Hi, since Lightshot can't work properly in my desktop, i need to find an alternative to do the same thing. Well, i found this Shutter application and it 's a good alternative, however i just need to create a shortcut command to start the program automatically on selection map, so what i need to know is the command which does this, start the Shutter app with a specific button activated, in this case Selection button. Does anyone know what is the command to do that?
