Now in 320GB hard disk Fedora Linux working fine. But Windows XP wont boot.

when enter Windows XP in GRUB menu the system wont boot.

So I used fixboot and fixmbr using windows xp repair mode

You would need to post more information so that we have something to go on. The best source for information is to go to the site below, read the instructions in the Description box then download and run the bootinfoscript from Fedora and post the output here, a results.txt file:

I had a similar problem. I cloned XP from one hard disk to another and it won't boot (the message "ntldr is missing" appeared every time). However when I disconected the original hard disk and let alone the hard disk with the cloned version in my box, XP would boot without a hitch. If I reconnected the hard disk with the original version of XP then having both versions (the original one and the cloned one) in the same PC neither of them would boot. I seems crazy but it happened to me!!... Hope this helps. Regards.
