Moving email from Evolution to Sylpheed

I was always using Evolution as my mail client but recently I found Sylpheed and it seems to be much lighter than Evolution. Is it possible to import evolution email, rules and adressbook to Sylpheed?

Sylpheed will import mbox, so if you can get evolution to export your mail to mbox, then you're fine. I don't think that you can do anything with the rules and the contacts, though. Check out the vCard deal in the sylpheed address book. You may be able to export your contacts from evo to a vcard and get them that way...
