Best lightweight / open source BROWSER? (FF is dead)

Which lightweight browser do you use and why?

Firefox is dead -- it is a slow bloated mess and now apparently they are tracking users and sending that data to a third party called Cliqz, based in Munich, Germany.

I use vivaldi, an Opera replacement. I actually still use Opera, as I had downloaded the static compiles, so it still runs under F27.

I'm actually using the vivaldi snapshot, so it is a lot more up-to-date.
