Need a good EQ package for KDE Neon.

I've been trying to find a good EQ to use with my KDE Neon install. I hooked up a new set of speakers and there's just too much bass and I need to bring it down some. I can adjust things in Clementine when I'm listening to something through it but when I go online or I'm watching something on the computer I can't adjust the EQ so there's way too much bass and not enough mid-range. Anyone know of a good package to install to give me a decent EQ? Thanks.

Try maxing out the volume on speakers and reducing it in computer. This should reduce the effect of that [stoopid?] frequency compensation they think human ear needs.

I have the speakers turned up to max and adjust the volume with the computer already. I need to cut the bass a lot. I tried to install Pulseaudio equalizer but can't find it anywhere to adjust the EQ.
