Problem with SuperKaramba

I'm running SuSE 9.2. Everytime I run a theme on SuperKaramba and right click it to configure it, the configure menu is grayed out. This happens with every theme. I've recently been trying to get Liquid Weather to work though. Could I be missing some sort of library or something.

When I try running the theme from terminal, this is what I get:

chris@linux:~> superkaramba /home/chris/karamba_themes/liquid_weather_plus/liquid_weather.theme 
Could not find platform independent libraries <prefix> 
Consider setting $PYTHONHOME to <prefix>&#91;&#58;<exec_prefix>&#93;

/home/chris/karamba_themes/liquid_weather_plus/liquid_weather.theme theme not found.
