    What couses this? Tryed to google about the problem with zero result.

    Installed from Slackware tar ball (installpkg k3b.tgz when I was su)

    I looked and it seems someone else had the same problem with the K3b Slackware package:

    I got that error, Doesn't seem to work. I did compile it from source and it works great.
    So it looks like you should instead install K3b from source. The source code can be obtained here:
    http://aleron.dl.sourceforge.net/sou....11.20.tar.bz2

    I guess the most recent package is bad for some reason.
