Seraching for an invoice/accountinf software

I'm searching for a free software that can be able to manage account/invoice data and so on...
All around is very expensive for me, it's only for Win platform, it cannot be modified by myself and there are always many functions that I will never use !!!.

I was searching for an open source project that was for example written in Kylix, Java and used MySql...
so I can model to my requirements...
