Mozilla Profile
In search for the most pleasing X desktop experience, I've been playing with Gnome and KDE and trying different web browsers. I went from Mozilla to Galeon to Konqueror without really feeling satisfied. Now when I try to go back to Mozilla, it prompts me to choose a profile. When I choose my listed profile and click 'Start Mozilla', nothing happens. I have to close the window and not use Mozilla.
Any thoughts of what went wrong and how to fix it?\"Everything should be made as simple as possible, but not simpler.\"

Nope, haven't used Mozilla in at least a week or two (not that I know of
) and the system's been rebooted a couple of times since then as well. I'm pretty sure nothing else was in the 'task bar'.
What else could cause it?\"Everything should be made as simple as possible, but not simpler.\"

try running mozilla from a terminal window, just running "mozilla" should do the trick. select your profile, then check the terminal window: do you get any error messages?

Will try again later tonight. Stuck on Win2000 here at work.

- edit - No go. Still get the same error. Mozilla just won't start up.\"Everything should be made as simple as possible, but not simpler.\"
