    Suggestions on an application

    Hi

    I am trying to find a recording program on linux that lets me record to MP3 format from the mic channel and then having the file saved to a network drive.

    Any suggestions ?

    my best advice would be to pick a recorder from the site above, and then pick an mp3 encoder to encode the file you record

    maybe a bit more hastle... but you could find it a damn sight easier than trying to find a program that does both
