Hi everyone,
Is it worth upgrading to 2.0 now? Is it still buggy or is it reliable enough?
Thanks,
Bryan...

Thought 1.1.4 was the last stable? 2.0 is still beta from what I understand.
And on that note, there's also a security patch out for 1.1.4.

I am using Suse 9.2 and it comes with 1.1.3.
I know it is still beta but have you tried it...is it good enough to use now or should I stick with a stable version until 2.0 becomes a final release?
Thanks,

**grin** Haven't been brave enough to test it out yet. Why don't you try it and let me know?

I'm not brave enough to try it either...maybe we can convince someone else to try it for us.

In my experience it is a few flaws to be fixed untill you should use it as your primary app.
You can try it though, just install it next to your current 1.1.3 version, (use some alternitive directory structure though). And start them either by CLI or set up a short-cut-icon.
My bad experiences is some compatibly issues with PowerPoint files, where OO 2.0b did crash some files.
Good experience is on the other hand, performance, since OO2 really has improved the performance issues.
