Kmail and Exchange

I'm running Linux kernel 2.6.5-gentoo-r1 and KDE. I have Kmail configured to pop my email from our exchange server and I have it configured to delete messages from the server only after I delete them. However, it is not deleting the messages from the server.

Any ideas why it wouldn't be deleting them?
