    hey, who here is sick of the bland, plain boring look of amsn?? i am. well, i came across a rather new msn client, Kmess http://kmess.sourceforge.net. has some wicked featues, and actually includes file transfer, has custom emoticons and so much more! lol i sound like a sales person

    Gaim is also an excellent MSN client (as well as ICQ, AIM, Jabber, and Yahoo!). You can use custom emoticon themes and a nice variety of plug-ins (including my favorite: the idle time setter. I'm always idle at 42 minutes ).

    and i jst upgraded to gaim .67 and i really like it compared to the one that comes with redhat 9 which i think it .54 or something like that
