I am trying to make Xvnc function on a Fedora Core 3 box.

I have started the service under services. I have used the command to make sure it works

/sbin/chkconfig --list | grep vnc
it returns something like:

vncserver 0:off 1:off 2:off 3:off 4:off 5:on 6:off

So it shows it as level 5 is on.

When I go back to the GUI services window, I highlight Xvnc and it always shows it stopped even if I restart it.

I can not connect to this machine from another on the network either. This should run on port 5900 by default, correct?

Am I missing something easy?
