GnomeMeeting 1.0.2

I have Gnomemeeting running on this box but without webcam installed yet.

I have been searching around for a self-testing method to test this package, making use of a website instead of requesting a friend for assistance with negative result. A folk on Internet suggested "h323.voxgratia.org". However on browsing it lodged to;
http://www.voxgratia.org/modules/news/

I could not find my solution there.

Please help. TIA
