As I know, there is no linux version of Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Professional. So is there any PDF editor in Linux? Actually I just want to use the highlighting tool to highlight text in PDF. Any tools available?? Many thnx....

i think openoffice writer can do this. i know that it can export a file into PDF at least so it is logical that it could edit them too.
Here's why Linux is easier than Windows:
Package Managers! Apt-Get and Portage (among others) allow users to install programs MUCH easier than Windows can.
Hardware Drivers. In SuSE, ALL the hardware is detected and installed automatically! How is this harder than Windows' constant disc changing and rebooting?
